What this means when you work with us

  • We describe places, not people. Our town guides cover homes, trails, drive times, and amenities. We will not describe a neighborhood by who lives there.
  • We show every client every home that fits their criteria, and we do not steer anyone toward or away from any area.
  • For schools, we point you to official district information so you can draw your own conclusions.

Report housing discrimination

  • U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): 1-800-669-9777, hud.gov/fairhousing
  • Colorado Civil Rights Division: 303-894-2997, ccrd.colorado.gov. Housing complaints must be filed within one year.
  • Colorado Division of Real Estate (complaints about a licensed broker): dre.colorado.gov

Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, or other assistive technology. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If anything on the site is hard to use, email joshjurkovich@gmail.com and tell us the page and the problem. We will fix it, or get you the information another way.
